The course is structured into five essential categories,
each addressing key aspects of the journey.
Credit Preparation
Equips you with essential knowledge and skills to improve your creditworthiness. We cover topics such as understanding credit reports, managing debt responsibly, and implementing strategies to enhance credit scores. You will learn how a strong credit history positively impacts
the home buying process.
Budgeting

Mental Readiness
We address the psychological aspects of homeownership, preparing you for the emotional challenges that may arise during the home buying process. We cover stress management, goal-setting, and maintaining a positive mindset to navigate the various stages of homeownership with resilience.
Mortgage Readiness
We guide you through the complexities of mortgages. It covers mortgage types, interest rates, and the application process. You will gain the knowledge needed to make informed decisions about mortgage options and understand the financial responsibilities
associated with homeownership.
Home Buying Process
A comprehensive overview of the steps involved in purchasing a home. We cover everything from selecting a real estate agent to closing the deal. You will learn about inspections, negotiations, and legal aspects, empowering you to navigate the home buying process
confidently and successfully.
